In all my years as a Celebrity Health Coach and Holistic Nutritionist, I've learned that Body Love is not a one time act - it’s a decision you make day in and day out. A journey like that is better with friends to support you and a guide to point you in the right direction!
This belief drove me to write both of my best selling books, Body Love and Body Love Every Day. To further provide you with a more daily approach I wrote Body Love: A Journal to walk you through developing daily, life-changing habits. Body Love Monthly Coaching
No matter where you are on your health journey, you’ll have seasons where everything clicks and seasons where things aren’t so easy. A pivotal part of your long-term success is creating habits, designing goals, and developing a mindset that supports you every day. These are key to building a healthy foundation brick by brick that you can build on for years to come.
One of my favorite aspects of coaching is being able to provide accountability and motivation to my clients. We get to work together to lay those bricks in your foundation, to identify what in YOUR life brings you joy, and learn how to cultivate more of that in your daily life. A right mindset is a critical tool you’ll need when working towards your goals and it’s something I want to help you develop as part of your body love journey.
Each 90-minute call will follow the same outline. Calls will be recorded and available in your membership. You can access the program and previous calls if you are unable to join live. Monthly assignments, zoom details, and call notes will be provided after each call.
